I vote kenne bell but Im biased as well. Centri's are fantastic and make great power. I wouldn't spend the money on the tork tech. Would it be better than stock? yes. Is it better than the other two options? in my opinion..no.
As far as the KB and centri. You'll probably make more power on a centri; however, there is nothing like the instant surge of power from a KB. Ive driven both setups and no doubt both were a blast, but the KB gives you more of the "HOLY F#CK!" feeling on the street vs the centri. At least that's my take on them.
And yes heat soak is a problem with a roots/twin screw sc, but there are ways to help mitigate this. (aka killer chiller). Yes this is a added cost; however, once installed you shouldn't see a lot of heat soak unless you are really romping on it without giving the car time to cool. With that said, it'll be a win win (twin screw power with minimal hp loss) lol
