What would you change?

Hi everyone. I have been following this forum for a few years now and recently bought an 03 Satin Silver Cobra from a guy who posted here. I had an 04 Cobra for about a year before I realized the payment was killing me. It's been a long 8 years and it amazes me how much has changed. It made me wonder, for all of you that are living through mods every day, what would you do differently and why? What would you do next? Sorry for the lengthy list, but I want to see what everyone thinks especially if some of it is fluff that doesn't matter. On a side note, I'd love to know how to identify some of the major upgrades (other than the obvious easily visible ones) - how do I know the injector claim is legit? For the record, I'm not the handiest guy in the world and definitely know my limits, so would never attempt some of the work you all do. That's why I wanted to buy something pretty well built. Anyway, enough rambling, looking forward to your thoughts and hopefully meet up with any in the KC area.

David if your car is running good as is and your happy I wouldn't touch a single thing as you have a pretty impressive mods list. I must ask what are your intentions with the car which dictates mods. If it's mostly street with some racing/fun pulls here and there I would do the following if I had extra cash laying around

FTBR (Full Tilt Boogy racing) IRS bushing over your current MM (Maximum Motorsports) bushings.

Milled* Ford racing rear diff cover over your brace and stock cover.

McLeod RXT clutch over your Spec 3+
You don't have any mention of tranny mods but I'm hoping/assuming you have a upgraded 26 spline input shaft over the OEM 10 spline, if not that would go to the top of my list.

ARH (American Racing Headers) 1 7/8" with 3" collectors headers over your JBA shorties

And after that I would be looking to add my own personal touch with visual mods....

Thanks for the advice. My intentions are mostly reliable street (emphasis on reliable) with an occasional trip to the track.

What brand input shaft do people go with? I'm fairly certain nothing has been done there.

Would I need a retune after changing headers?

I also got a driveshaft loop and Steeda diff bushings in the deal. Not sure if they're worth installing.

Liberty 26 spline input shaft

or

D&D performance Input shaft..... Many think the D&D is a better piece and it cost a tad more....

Or go with a Viper Spec t-56

Or even Better... G-Force T-56!!!!!!!:rolling:
