Since you're down south and don't need winter wheels/tires, I say do the suspension first... the Koni's are un-bloody-believeable, and I'm on stock springs because I can't lower the car (I wish there were non-lowering performance springs!).
When you do go for wheels, watch the offset, my Moda's look great, but their 1" extra width is offset all to the outside, so I can't lower the car without serious rubbing issues.
