Ported Edelbrock performer heads (60cc) should be about 9.2:1
1.6 roller rockers
Trick flow stage 2 cam.
Stock intake, TB & mass

I would guess a little under 300 rwhp. In the 280ish range.

i will guess 300rwhp. hope your pistons are flycut to clear the valves with that cam, assuming its stock bottom end.
