Those are the stock tires 275/40/17, I think that is a stock wheel with the cobra centercap. The blue spring isn't stock though.

It's probably an AFS(Autumn Fleet Sales) wheel. The center cap is an AFS centercap. It would fit a stock wheel, but why would you buy AFS centercaps and put them on the stock wheel? They're cheesy in my opinion. If I buy AFS wheels, I'll put the stock centercaps in them. I've owned AFS wheels before, and I'm sure it's theirs. AFS Wheels
