What weight oil is best???

Like the title says, is there any research out there that says what weight oil is best for a twin turbo 4V motor? I've heard some different things like anything 50 weight is not good because it is too thick for bearing clearance, etc etc.

I use 5w-30 mobil 1 or 0w-30 amsoil

I'm cheap! I run 5w-30 pennzoil (sp) in mine. In fact, I run pennzoil in everything I own. We used to own a taxi cab business and we had chevy caprice's with over 600k miles on them and that's all we ran in them. The key is just maintaining them.

I run 10w-30 M1. But like shhak said if you change the oil/filter every 3k miles it really don't matter.
