What Valve Springs to Go With?

Well to start off I don't have a cobra. I have a Mach 1 but Im going single turbo. And well I hear from a lot of people to upgrade my valve springs because if not I would get the valve to float? Well I have stock cams and not really interested in changing them really... So what brand or which ones should I go with??? And are retainers needed or could I use stocks?

I'm not an engine builder so this is my first time opening my own motor to upgrade things.. I need all the help!

manley is what I run... I had valve float before, changed the springs and no more float.

As you can tell by my dyno sheet I was losing about 300hp from 6300 rpms to 6800.

Any links? How much are they? And retainers?

roughly 400 bucks from mmr, they have a spring an titanium retainer combo for 900

don't need the titanium retainers.. stock will hold up just fine. MMR will tell you the same.
