What to look for in buying '00?

Ok, well I am going to probably be looking at an '00 HD in my area as a private sale, he wants 21,900 for it and it has about 35k miles. What problem areas should i look for? any squeaks/recalls that should have been done?

that seems kinda high... my freind just got an 00 with 832 miles on it and he got it for 18,450...

On KBB, it says about 20k, but they are fairly rare in this area, Ill see if i cant get him down with the price
