What time do you get up during the work week?

Usually 6 am for me but for some God aweful reason it was 4 am today and no chance of going back to sleep.:sleeping:

2:30am, leave home 3:00am, at work 3:40am change to uniform, make relief 4:00am.
Yes I'm here now.
but it's shift work so sometimes it's nights, change all times to PM.

I wake up about 4:00 am regardless. I get up that time during deer season to hunt each year. My body just kinda set its permanent alarm clock at that time. If I want to get plenty of sleep I better crach early cause at 4:00 am I'm waking up...like it or not.

I believe this is a product of age. I say all this for the benefit of you kids.... so you know what to look forward to. And I'm only 45.

I had the same problem, my smoke detector decided to start beeping with a low battery beep. Once I was up , I had a hard time going back to sleep.

I feel like I have been hit by a truck today.

Iget up between 5.15-5.30, I leave the house around 6.30, then depending on traffic get to work at 7.30-8.30. Lovely DC traffic
