what software are you guys using to capture video?

Topic says it all. What software are you guys using to capture video?

I just got a camcorder. I hooked up the firewire card and connected up the cable. This is new territory to me, I'm just curious what software are you guys using, is it easy to use, and how do you like it?

Depends what im doing really... BS internet clips are done in movie maker or pinnacle.
My serious DV or my movies that I will author to DVD for people is all done in Premier Pro
Menus are done in adobe encore.

Premier is by no means a easy program to jump into, as opposed to pinnacle were you can get the software and be on your merry way with just poking around the program. Windows movie maker is pretty simple tool also.
Pinnacle studio 8/9 should be had for fairly cheap but if you are just messing around usually the cam or firewire cards come with software.
