What size pulley w/o tune?

I have an 04 Cobra and would like to wait until Superchips has their updates out for my car before getting it tuned.

My question is what size pulley can I safely run without putting a tune on it?

3.4 for sure without a tune. 3.2 probably without a tune. 3.1 not recommended without a tune.

I havea simlier question I have a Apten chip he just did one of there basic tunes by the code on the door. Now can I put a 2.80 pulley with out a retune?

I used a 3.0 pulley without a tune for a few months but I did have it dyno to check a/f ratio is was ok. always check a/f ratio when going below a 3.2 just to be safe.
