What size interference torx bit is needed to remove cover from MAF?

well i can tell you that it is not a torqs bit...if you look at your grill emblem it is the same type fastner...it will be like a torq bit but will be "hollow" in the center as there is a nub in the fastner..just take a look....you can by those at the auto parts store...i had one but took it back after i used it as i had no further need for it..so i cant tell you exactlly what size it was

Be careful with this.....I went to clean my MAP a couple of months ago and broke one of the screws that you're refering to in this post. They're brittle and mine hadn't been touched in 3 1/2 years. Know some fellas that just take the CAI off and remove the entire MAF assembly to clean it.
