I put on my LFP Idler Setup a couple months ago during the winter when the Lightning was in storage.

I also have a 6 pound lower.

I read on here that I needed a 70 inch belt so that is what I bought and put on.

lately however, it seems to be slipping a bit, what it does is loses boost when it shifts and sort of takes a bit to get back up to the normal 15-16 pounds of boost.

Anyone know if thats belt slip? Would it lose some boost for a second?

I think 70 inches might be to long, anyone agree or know exactly what size I should be running?

If you got that info from the how to write up, and its wrong, I apologize. I went off of info from people running the set ups I listed. If its only dumping boost on shifts, it seems like that may actually be the torque modulation kicking in. Is there any residue from the belt inside your engine compartment? Are you hearing it slip at all? How much play is in your belt, how much can you push it with your finger?

If you had a 6 lower on the bottom previously, they say when you add the Metco style adder, you just add one inch to your previous belt... Stan
