Ok guys I've been looking for sometime now for a new mustang... I've found an 03 gt vert red with a black stripe 24k Miles 11,500, a 99 z28 Camaro79k Miles,9900.00 a 2001 gt vert mustang 113k Miles,6200.00 and another 97 Cobra... 54k 13.500. What would you go after?

Test drive the Z28, and a WS6 if you can find one. If you are looking into an LS1 look at the premium ones like SS's or SLP packed ones.

i'd find a camaro or more preferably a trans am with lower miles. you can find them for a decent price.
Given only those choices the 97 cobra would be my pick, but if I had a choice of any other type of car i would probably buy an 05 up Mustang GT or a 03-04 Cobra.
I'll sell you my 97 with 46k for less than that one. PM if your interested.
i would have to vote cobra on this one... gt's really dont do anything for me, i guess since i like the features of a cobra, and im not a fan of ss/ws6.. just my thoughts.
If ur intersted in a 97 I have mine for sale, it has 82,899 miles on it but is has alot of work done but for alot cheaper.
If u already had a 96-98 svt cobra and modded it then get something diffrent, a ws6 looks very nice but if u can afford get a 03-04 svt cobra or a 03-04 mach 1, a 35th anniversary transam or as a last choice and u really like the sn-95 body style then get a 94-95 gt and modded as u like.
Why i'd have to go with the best looking car in the poll. 97 Cobra:-D

For the mileage and the prices of those cars you've listed I wouldn't even consider anything but the Z28.

Well if its a lump sum, I'd pay off bills, throw some into real estate, some into the stock market, and the rest into the bank. Spend a year or two living normally, and them boom, you'll be able to buy 10 of each of the cars you previously listed.
If its structured.......well theres always J.G. Wentworth haha

If I were you, I would go after my 97 Cobra.
I ditched my SLP 01 SS Camaro for a Sn95 Cobra and definitely don't regret it.
My lawyer is set at 35 Million, So I should come out with a good chunk... For 13yrs of pain being on meds and having surgery for something I never had..
Im looking at more of a Cobra again, bc I really miss the 97 I had..
