what pulley size/make is this?

Can anyone help me to find out what size this pulley is? Im not sure if they measure them from outside diameter or what.
Does anyone have bad things to say about motoblue? I have never heard anything either way. I know i haven't had any trouble with this one personally.

Am I missing something? That pulley measures 3 1/16. How does that equate to 2.75?

Not familiar with motoblues stuff at all, but does seem odd. :shrug:

Does it recess futher in than it looks?

To measure a pulley you have to measure the circumference such as by wrapping a string around the pulley.
