What polish or wax are you using on your chrome wheels ?

I searched.
If all goes well they should be on this afternoon. I think I did read earlier that someone Zaino'd them. Any ideas ?

I used Meguiars gold class. Everyone has a different opinion about which wax, but I think the important thing is to have some kind of wax on them to help protect them.

My process is:
wash
dry
polish w/chrome polish
rub with dry cotton cloth
wax.

Then for a while until they get really dirty, I just use Meguiars quik detailer on them as necessary.

Thanks, the wheels are at the tire shop and I'm out painting the calipers and rotors (the rusty part).

How are you protecting your rotors from over spray? Masking tape?

I'm brushing on and being carefull.
I'm almost done, got the wheels back and will post photos later.

I use Mother's Chrome wheel polish, works great! :thumbsup:

If you have Zaino, use Zaino. They will stay shiny and any break dust will just wipe off with a towel after that.
