what oil are you using in your vortech'd cobra?

just curious as to what you guys are running. 5w20? 5w30? 7 quarts? brand?

previous owner said he used mobil 1 syth and the weight reccomended by ford which if i remember correctly is 5w20.

Id personally go with a 10W30 synthetic in that motor, with a Wix or Motorcraft or Purolator oil filter.

Never un a 5w20 its only specced in the USA due to CAFE laws and gas mileage, same motors in other countries are 5w30

I don't remember the weight off the top of my head but I changed to Mobil 1 and 7 quarts with my vorteched cobra.
