I have found 3 different part #'s. The original part # was 5C5Z-9F472-AA which was superseded by GU2Z9G444A which now seems to be superseded by DY1041.

There was an issue with GU2Z9G444A sometime ago documented in this thread:

Has anyone had any issues with the newer part DY1041? Or has anybody recently tried the GU2Z9G444A without issues?

By the two Motorcraft numbers that you listed above, the DY1041 and the GU2Z9G444A, the DY1041 appears to be a Motorcraft Service Parts number and is most likely the GU2Z9G444A reboxed. The Motorcraft DY1041 is probably a part that is sold through O'Reilly's Auto Parts and many other retail auto parts stores that sell Motorcraft parts..............The GU2Z9G444A number looks more like a Ford Parts Dept. part number and would be a part that is sold by Ford at the dealership level , or used in warranty situations, service department, etc...........That being said, I would bet that they are both the same and the DY1041 is a rebox for general sale at the retail auto parts chains.
