what motor should I build???

I have been really wanting to buy a 98 cobra motor to put in my car and build it up..Some people say No y u just put a new motor in your car...Well i just figure it's a whole lot stronger, and also a better starting point then my 2v..But I see the cobra motor as the better way to go..
So what do yall say.. build the 2v up, or just wait and start building a cobra motor instead???

Also I know a guy w/ a 04 cobra hes is gonna sell his block.But he is gonna be selling it because he blew the #2 piston and is goin g to be buying a Teksid block...but my ??? is will the block still be sturdy and durable cause if so i told him its sold and i will build me a big bad wurper motor!!!! :banana:
