I can't really pick one. It depends on mood, food, time of year, etc, etc.
A couple of my favorites:
Alaskan Smoked Porter
Dogfish Head 120 min IPA
Hazed & Infused
Most anything from Dechutes
Most anything from Stone
Lots of Beligans: Corsendonk, Chimay, Orval, Duvel, etc
etc, etc, etc
I see the majority of macro brews (coors, bud ,etc) v.s. Craft brews the equivalent of Boones Farm to good quality wine.
How anyone can manage to swallow the marco-brew stuff is beyond me. :xpl:
