[QUOTE="Lemmiwinks, post: 16062340, member: 135323"] 2004 BMW 530i. Bought it 11 months ago. This car has been nothing but trouble for me. First things first I had to change the torque converter as the lockup gave me trouble on the second week of ownership... So far it has spent more time on Jackstands than on the tires for me. If the car would've been any other American car with rusted bolts and shit I would've burnt it to the ground. But it's so damn well built with quality hardware it's almost crazy. It's gone 200k KM in salty Sweden which eats cars for breakfast. And so far I haven't used WD40 on a single bolt. Keep in mind I've dropped the suspension all the way around and dropped the transmission. And the car is a lovely car to drive. It's super comfortable and luxurious. It's showing its age though as the plastic starts to make horrible noises... But it was cheap... And turned out to be quite expensive... Bought it for roughly $6000 equivalent and spent around $3000 in parts in just shy of 1 year of ownership... Here's a pic of my lady washing it. Only one I have of the car on its wheels...
