I had a problem with my clutch pedal vibrating when driving and couldn't adjust it out. Replaced the cable with a stock ford one, mm firewall adjuster and quadrant. No matter how I adjust it the pedal still vibrates and makes noise. What else could it be ? Any help would be great, Im sick of messing with this thing already.

Throw out bearing
pilot bearing
warped flywheel
bad bearings on your input shaft of your trans

All the above will require removal of the transmission for inspection and repair.

Yep, your TOB is not straight. It has a wobble.

I recommend a Timken TOB as a replacement part # 614014

I just had a new clutch put in about 1000 miles ago and it came with a new throw out bearing. Could it be bad already ? It's the fidaza 2.1 clutch kit. I was thinking warped flywheel, but it was just resurfaced during the install.

Check the adjustment of the clutch. Get under the car, and check to see how the TOB is riding on the pressure plate fingers.
