any advice or experiences. There is quite a price difference (FRPP-$30) and the (Valeo- $10).

They look exactly the same!

anyone care to enlighten us as to what the difference is???

Thanks

I don't know the difference, but can tell you that with all the problems with the stock TOB, I would NEVER consider replacing with one. That being said, I used a CF one that went bad after a few hundred miles. My NAPA one is doing fine and I've heard Mcleoud ones are fine. Don't know about the valeo. I know the NAPA and FRPP one looks identical but my napa one is quiet as can be...

so if the FRPP and the OEM Ford TOBs are the same, then what accounts for the FRPP being three times the price of the OEM Ford unit?

Update:

The Mcleod adjustable TOB is a much more solid piece (a quality piece) compared to the FRPP HD and the OEM stock replacement (both Valeo).
