What is everyone seeing for vac

Just got my car back together after breaking a valvespring.

At Idle I only see 7-10lb vac cruising is 15-18. I have been over every line and cant find any leaks. Im having issues keeping the car idling after warms up. Driving is fine, but when go into neutral it will go to desired idle and then fall flat. Ive tryed changing the user option for idle neutral and driving and raised them and then it will stay running but hangs RPMs around 2k when I have set to anything above 850-900RPM.

Its a TT stroked 10:1CR with stage 3 cams.

I have stock '99 cams and see 17-19 at idle.

Yea see somethings not right. I guess the only thing I can do is redo all the vacuum lines. I know the guy who put it together did a kind've crappy job, and theres T's and different size lines everywhere. Ill pick up a block this week and give it a shot.

Its also the same wether its 60* or 90* out
