What Is A Good Time For A Stock 99 Cobra???

I ran my stock 99 Cobra last night. I ran several 13.70-13.80's. My best two runs of the night were 13.60's at 103mph. Is that a good time for a BONE STOCK Cobra. 60' times were 2.1-2.2 and 1/8 mile times were 8.8-8.9 @ 79-80mph.

You need to get those 60' times down & you can see 13.3 - 13.4 or maybe a little better.
That can be a little hard to do on the stock tires though...

really all comes down to the driver.
i ran 13.9 stock.
as far as the 13.7 GT.:rockon: your bro has some mad driving skills . I have yet to see a stock gt break the 13 sec mark at great lakes.

When i had my 99 Cobra after the recall fix it ran 13.6 at 103mph too. Before the recall fix it ran 13.9 at 100mph.

those times arent bad imo.
my best was a 13.4 my first time out..

but never seen a stock gt run 13's let alone run close to my cobra...good times though

Ok heres a question about 60' times for all of you. You guys seem to be running pretty good 60' times, but I cant! My 01 cobra has 275 kumhos, a solid rear, 3.73 gears, upper control arms and I still cant get my 60' lower than a 2.2! My runs are pretty consistent with 13.5@105 being my best run so far. But anything in first and second gear at near wot will just spin like crazy. Please some give me some advice, I want to dip into the low 13s.

Try playing around with the tire pressure.
