JLT CAI
stock MAF w/Mafia
Accufab TB/Plen
Steig. Stage 4
2.8 upper, stock lower
cat-back

Would a BAP or injectors be a good safety measure or overkill?

Some people (including Steigmier) state that no fuel upgrades are necessary but other have said that this combo is close to maxing the stock fuel system.

Please post your experiences.

BAP is usually needed before injectors, if it were me i'd have the tuner let me know what I need since I have "heard" the injectors go before the fpdc is pegged but that is not what usually happens

Your fuel pump duty cycle is going to be way up there so a BAP would be a good idea to give you some breathing room in the fuel system. I doubt you will need injectors though you may get told otherwise.

based on the replies above, I will go with the BAP and hold off injectors unless they become an issue when tuning.

more opinions welcomed...

I added a BAP and 60's on my ported 2.93+4lb lower. Since youa re runnign a smaller upper I woudl not even consider going without it.
