what front and rear tire presure do you recoment?

depends on the tire. got pyrometer?

if you dont have a pyrometer,
put some white shoe polish on the edge of the tire, run a few laps, and see how it wears. its roughly 3psi per quarter inch.

I run about 36psi up front and 34psi roughly in back, cold. At operating temperature that puts the fronts around 40-42psi.

these are my street tires, not r-compound tires.

I'll probably splurge on a pyrometer over the winter. with that you just shoot the laser at the tire and compare temperature readings from the edges to the center of the tread. even temps across the tread mean you got tire pressure right.
