just wondering cause my car is making a weird noise and I have no clue what it is. doesnt really sound like a tick more of a thump noise, every minute or so. comes from front passenger side.
what does the tick sound like?

Does it only do it with the heat or cool on? Try turning your A/C knob to off (striaght up at the 'O') and see if it stops.
Mine did the same thing and its just the vents opening and closing and it makes a loud noise just as you describe...

ok I will try that tomarrow. but I did have the heat on. did a ford tech tell you this or did you figure it out on your own, because I wouldnt put it past a ford tech to tell you that just to get out of doing work.
p.s. yes I am sure there are good ford techs out there I just havent met one yet.
