Ya, I know it's not a 1 for 1, but:

Heart info: Greenland's heartbeat is 8-10/min, human is ~55/min, or 6x.

Greenland's life = 272-512 yrs.
Human life = 75 yrs.

If at birth, a babies heartbeat was slowed to 9bpm, and isolated from sickness, could they live to be 450 years?

Nope. That heart rate you quoted is for an adult. Infant heart beats are typically in the 160-180 range. So slowing an infant's heart rate to that level would most likely ... be a really bad idea.
