what do you use to wash your car?

what type of sponge/mit do you use to wash your car? lately ive been using the thing thats like a sponge underneath but wrapped in some sort of poofy material, i like it but ive heard their not good for some reason and also the material always get ripped off and caught in the corner of my body panels.
im not sure if this has been posted before but i tried searching and it was broken so sorry if it is.

I use a sheepskin or the two cobra MF wash mitts from Autogeek.net. you should be ok with either as long as you do the two bucket method. BTW the Adams Wash-Mitt SUCK!
