I ordered MMR 4.75 900 rwhp long block and comp cam stage 2 (8.5 compression). now do you think this setup will work with hellion TT 61bb or should I put the whipple 2.9) I have both TT and whipple in my garage!

Don't see why either wouldn't work. I'd go TT personally. But if your one of those people that cry about a turbo 6-speed car than feel free to go whipple! Lol
