What do you guys think of this mustang?

I have been looking for a mustang for a project but havnt had much luck. I found this one and was wondering what you guys think. I talked to the guy and car has sat for the last year due to him being in Iraq. A shop installed the dss block and rearend. The motor has less than 1k due to him being shipped out a year ago. The body has 86k. Should I be worried about the fact that it has not been started in a year and what would it take to make sure it is in good running order? thanks

looks like a pretty good deal, pretty all i would do if i just bought would, first change the spark plugs, put new gas in the car, change fuel filter, make sure the battery still cranks the car over well, and def change the oil as soon as you get it.
