What Do The Local Law Enforcement Say About Your L?

I WOuld like to know how many of you guys have actually had compliments from your local law men in your area or anywhere..for instance i had a fenderbender back in January and the cop just kept saying Damn that is a nice F***ing Truck lol..i Was Like Wow LoL

I am my local law enforcement and I love these trucks (owned 2)! I currently dont have one but I will again soon. I see a few running around town but havent had any work related run-ins with one. I enjoy fast cars/trucks and cars/trucks that are modded so I usually cut those people a break when possible which isnt the norm for most cops..

2 - Been pulled over 3 times so far since I've owned it, just to "check it out".

Yeah Your #3 made me take my 20% off but i believe it was darker because my back windows are 5%..but i got tired of being harassed..college cost to much to keep paying for tickets on the side also so i was like F it haha..took it off and put the legal 32% also i used to get a JUST ummm do you have anything illegal in the truck or any weapons haha..another thing i don't get is a cop used to own my truck and he had the illegal tint on but he didn't get caught lol..crzy coppers lol..but i still have 0 points

I'm a computer dork for a living, so I always have my laptop.
Well I normally never speed, but I needed to datalog a run, so I decided to go WOT.
Well wouldnt you know it, a cop comes out of know where behind me with his lights on.
He clocked me doing 45mph over. i was pissed, because it was for maybe a 4 or 5 second blast real quick, and I have a perfect driving record, never any speeding tickets, accidents, nothing. My whole family is law enforcement, so I would have never heard the end of it.

Well since I was datalogging I had my laptop open on the center console.

The cop pulled up next to me on the drivers side. Which I thought was odd, as they normally pull behind you. he rolled down his passenger window, and the driver yelled over "Sorry we didn't know."

I was totally confused so I said "Excuse me?"
Then his partner says "he said sorry we didnt know, have a good one and I'm sure we'll see you around." they then proceeded to drive away.

My wife was with me, so I just sat there for a minute puzzled and said "WTF just happened???!!!"

She goes " I dunno, but go. Go straight home now!"

So I went home, and we started thinking about it, and came to the only conclussions was they thought I was undercover since I had a laptop open....

Yeah bruh..being young is rough..it's all good when they see that my truck is in my name..they can't say anything then..but it's cool..i'm a full time college kid..full time worker..so i just keep living my life in my daily driven L

I finished school about 3 yrs ago and didn't have the truck at the time..I decided to buy it once I knew my company was buying me a car for a DD, so the truck just sleeps from november to may

My neighbor is a LEO,,, he gets behind me in town, will not pass and turns his radar on and off to mess with me up until I sold my detector lol.
He pulls me over in town sometimes just to shoot the pooh.
He loves my L and wants to drive it. I told him it has to be a fair trade... I get to chase him with the lights and sirens on!

I got pulled over for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. It was in a small neighborhood backroad, and they had a patrol car hidden watching the intersection, so I have a feeling it was really an excuse to look for something more serious (no license, registration, ins, warrants, etc...). He comes back to me with a warning, and says 'That truck was made to go fast, try to hold her back.'
I thought it was pretty cool.

i had a cop pull me over while he was going the oppiste direction. i was only going bout 85 and he asked me "what were you doing, trying to see how fast you can go" i wanted to correct him but i still got a ticket

oh yeah great post everyone..keep it going..anyways i have cops taking double takes looking at the truck and hitting big U-Turns..Just to pull right up behind me to just run my tag and get on the side of me and stare..all i do everytime is wave/throw them the dueces and laugh and turn my music straight back up..then they fly by and turn back around haha i LOVE IT..matter of fact one did it about 20 minutes ago

Had a cop pull me over and check my info and then said "have a nice day man, I know what these trucks can do. Just make sure there aren't any cops around next time you decide to show it off."
