Tapped and helicoil idler bolt hole next to tensioner pulley (which was a pain rotating the tap with minimal room), place new Metco 3.2 pulley on the new alt and mounted it. Finally my new belt which is about 3/4" longer than previous belt which was way tight.
No battery lights, turned over on first try after sitting for 2 weeks, running smooth. Only problem I lost the clip for the 10mm long bolt that holds down the battery tray from bouncing up and down, so I'll just have to find another clip.
Next take it out tonight and datalog.
