If you are still running a 6 rib on the rest of the pulleys you could use the belt that came with your kit. But a shorter belt would be better. The belt in the kit is about 103 inches. A 100 inch belt with a 3.8 pulley might fit (50%), but a 101 inch should (90%) fit. You have several different holes to adjust.

Also I would recommend you buy a Boss Tensioner, it has a steel (silver color) pulley. The Boss Tensioner also has a stronger spring in it.

I have a 8-rib with OD balancer, small water pump pulley, 3.47 pulley, and the 100 inch is perfect. The alternator pulley on the 8-rib set up is almost a .5 bigger than stock.

I have a 100" belt currently on the normal crank & 3.33 SC pulley.
I plan to stay 6 rib as this is part of the reason going to 20% OD & from a 3.33 to 3.8. Should have no slip issues for sure!

So sounds like the 101-2" will work with the idler moved a spot or two.

Looking at gates sheets...
They have about 10+ sizes from 99-103, so alot of in between sizes.
Pretty sure I have the K060997HD (100 1/4") belt right now....
Maybe go to the K061015HD (102 1/8") and be able to play with idler location

Here is what I come up with using this calculator http://www.blocklayer.com/pulley-belteng.aspx

If you take the pulley and belt sizes you are using now. Crank stock size 6.78"(for the calculator 6 13/16"= 6.8125" little bigger here) and blower size 3.33(for calculator 3 5/16=3.3125"little smaller here) and 100" belt length so we move the pulley centers out till we get belt length of 99 31/32".

Then we leave the pulley centers alone and input the new pulley diameters. 20% crank ATI says is 8.074" so we will use 8 1/16=8.0625" and 3 13/16=3.8125" for the 3.8" blower pulley and hit calculate and we get a 102.75" belt needed.

I used this for a 4.6 with a vortech. Worked perfect.

I have seen both 7.88 and 8.074 a few places now?
918048 (20%)

JPC & Teambeef cake list at 7.88
ATI & Summit show 8.078??

I would go with k061025 or the k061031 depending on which way you can adjust the idler. I'm not familiar with the coyote setup. Look at the effective length for the belts. The 1025 is 102.4" and the 1031 is 103.1". So those 2 belts are the same distance from the 102.75 either way.

I planned the 20% which their site says 8.078 & a few others say 7.88?
Kind of need to know for SC pulley info...
I'd assume ATI site would be correct tho.
If the stock is 6.780....15% OD is 7.797 (15%) which is what ATI site shows
and 20% OD is 8.136 so i'd also assume then 8.078 is way closer than the 7.88 seen floating around

Seeing how you have a 100 belt already just try it. The water pump pulley is at least a inch smaller to make up for the damper size. Start with the bolt hole closest to the drivers side, that position pulleys are closer needing less belt length.

Thought I'd throw this out there.
I ended up with the 15% ati balncer and MMR water pump pulley and 3.8 SC pulley.
The 100" belt works perfect on the most inside hole (closest to crank) of idler adjuster.
So if one got the 20% you would need a longer belt.
