What do you think you should ask for them? Not a big market for them anymore.
$400 if the date codes are within the last 5yrs. Winter coming and people need decent rubber

What does a recent date code have to do with anything? What if they are oems from 97?
He means the dates codes on the tires which will determine if they have any value or not.
It’s not uncommon to see people have a set of wheels/tires for sale and the tires are useless due to age.

You should’ve got 25% more than what you sold them for.
I'd love to find a set of those in good shape by me for a few hundred. I like the look and my originals need a whole refurbish. My 96 now can get collector car plates here which means significantly less insurance cost, like 1/10th. But i'd need good repair wheels for example to make that happen. Might be able to make the case these FR500 wheels are period correct as Ford did sell them for a bit back in the later 90's.
Yea I’ve always really liked the ‘94 pace car and ‘96-7 Cobra wheels. Widening a pair for the rear would be super cool.
Just sold a set three weeks ago. Tires were shot for $200
