I am going to run with bassani on my 93 cobra from the headers back, but I am curious if any one can recomend a good set of headers other than the bassani? Also, whats the difference between shortys vs full length and what size would you guys recomend to install on the fox bodies?

I would go with a Kooks ,BBK or Bassani long tubes. If your car has some mild mods, or even box stock aftermarket heads, 1-5/8"s would work well. But shorties don't sacrafice starter, clutch job or ground clearance, and a quality set of Equal length shorties 1-5/8"s would also be a great choice, and make decent power, plus you won't have to modify your X pipe to fit the LTs.
