OK so my first time at the track since last June. Last yr in NJ, 85 deg and 75% humidty I ran a 13.4@108mph.
Today in FL it was 80 deg and 80% humidty when we go there, by end of night it was 75deg and 84% humidity.
My mods: 00 GT, 01 Cobra motor, SHM 300 Stroker, 9.2:1CR, SHM Stage 1 heads, SHM Blower cams, Steeda U/D pullies, SVO shorty intake, Prochamber, Steeda Cat back, UPR upper control Arms, Bullitt springs, Strange 10 way shocks/struts, CAI, 3.73 gears, SCT, Lentech Strip AODE trans, 3200rpm stall.
Tires Nitto 555 fr 265/35r18 rear 285/35r18
Rims Bullitt rims 18x9 and 18x10
Ahh with all that said here are the numbers:
Run 1: R/T 1.142 60' 2.145 1/4 mile [email protected]
Run 2: R/T .673 60' 2.142 1/4 mile [email protected]
Run 3: R/T .800 60' 2.684 1/4 mile [email protected] OK this one I launched with trans brake at 3k and SPUN the tires almost to the finish line
Run 4: R/T .769 60' 2.178 1/4 mile [email protected]

What you think? I dunno why I ran better in NJ. I had more gas in car, heavier rims (not that these are lite) and a broken AODE.

Dunno I ran it Morroso In WPB FL i ran 13.5 105mph 2.2 60ft
with these mods

Ford 373 Gears
Flow Master Catback
Mac Xpips
Mac Cold Air Induction
Steeda UnderDrive Pullys
Pro M Chip
Nitto 315 DR
Rebuild my AODE with "RACING PACKAGE" Shift Kit and forged planatary,brushing, etc

thats it dude and all my buddies with AODE and same mods as me are running same time with the 2v Engine so i don't kno you have something really wrong with your car!

You should pull a mid 12sec pass with that you have !

I hope it is just tires and weight. I will hopefully be gettinga dyno soon. Anyone know somewhere near west palm I can get a dyno?
