Went to the track also!!!!!!!! (SACRAMENTO RACEWAY)

Went to the track and got on my first run:

60 ft 1.452 (Stock Tires)

As I shifted to 3rd, my car felt flat. My supercharger sounded flat and my engine sounded weak. But my foot was to the floor. I went on it for a couple of seconds and then released it and coasted to a 14.220 @ 79.315 MPH

It did not sound normal. I dont know alot of technical things, so I was a little worried. But somone at the track, was telling me, for some reason, possibly my car pulled some timing from the computer, and limped mode my car for some reason.

Did a few runs after that, and car was fine.


Can someone explain to me, how I got a 1.452 on Stock tires???

I couldn't believe it.

Second run, I ran a:

Reaction .478
60 ft=2.312
@15.55 (missed 3rd shift and coasted it again)
MPH = 66.051

Third Run:
Reaction =.412
60ft =2.270
1/4= 13.345
MPH 109.159

Fourth and BEST ONE to date!!!
reaction=.206
60ft=2.173
1/4=13.161
MPH = 110.393

Overall I wanted a 12.8-12.9, I would have been really happy. But I learned alot more of my car today. I feel I will do much better next time.

Like I said, and I don't mean to sound like a dick, just let that 1.4 60' go. It didn't happen. It was probably a 2.4 and the printer for the timeslip made an error or something, or maybe the timing system was off ;-)

I wouldnt doubt it, But surprising at first though. But I figure something wasnt right, because I never heard of a 60ft of that time.
