Well I fianlly setled up with the insurance on my 95....it is totaled

Well its been 4 weeks tonight since I got hit and I finally made a deal with the insurance company today. After an offer of 7100 and the car or 8300 cash, i submitted a bunch of recipts ect ect and went back and forth over what it was worth. I finally agreed to 9500 and the car. or i could have taken 12K cash, but i got the car back. now its time to get it fixed again :coolman:

BTW: How is it deemed salvage unless you were to forfeit the title or retitle it?

i hear ya...i meant too say you need too have the salvaged title turned into a rebuilt title than you can get full coverage.

Some people don't bother to haggle with the insurance, and in turn, get ripped off by their own insurance company.
I'm with you bro, I fight tooth and nail, and give them a copy of every receipt that I have.
I've had 2 stangs totalled, both from being rear-ended. The first one I bought back for $75 lol
