Just had a Centerforce DFX clutch, fedinza flywheel, Ford Racing TOB, and new roller bearing installed. Now, here is my question. I noticed it when I was on my way home from work. I was in 1st gear, I would tap the gas and hear kind of a popping sound coming from what sounded like the transmission. The sound was coming from what sounded like the center of the car even with my gad pedals. The sound will last for about a half second or so. It's not a one pop sound(If that makes any since). Not sure what it is but it has me worried. Since I've had the clutch installed, it seems as if I have lost power as well(do have a good tire on the rear now previous-sumitomos now nitto nt555r).
Please let me know if any of you guys have any ideas on what this is.
