Ok, so a few months ago i had a head gasket job done at my local ford dealer. Ever since there has been this weird noise
coming from what sounds like near my intake. It only does it right after start up as the motor idles down or when I'm driving
and let off the gas when going at least a certain speed. So basically only when the truck is slowing down, never during acceleration or constant RPM just when i take me foot off the gas. It literally sounds like a shop vac is under my hood. I remember way back when i had a Ranger with a K&N intake on it made a similar noise, but my L never made this noise
