WBC help please

Could someone please explain to me what wires i tap into for the "RPM Pickup cable and the Throttle Position(TPS) cable?"
Example.....X wire taps into what number pin and so on.
I would like to tap all the wire around the PCM if possible.
Pics would be very helpful but any help will do.....thanks
