Hello Mates
I've just got off the phone with Mark at LFP and he is shipping out my first package today I've had a wide band commander added to my order to moniter my A/F as an insurance policy
the question I need help with is mounting the guage I want to go for a subtle but visible when driving solution to the mounting
does anyone have links to where I can purchase mountings and possibly pics of installation ideas? my L is a "99"
I willl for now only be mounting this one guage

I know they make a steering column pod for the L it mounts on the right side. But never seen one installed so I don't know what it might block.

Thanks for the replys lads ,I'm trying to get as many options as I can for this installation as the driving seat of my L is where I like to spend as much time as possible and I want to get the "right" look to the ****pit
you know how it is, I dont know what it is yet but I'll know it when I see it

the steering wheel pods dont really block anything either. If you plan on only using one pod or want 4 (a-pillar) or so on get the steering colum one.

Hello Chaps
Thanks for all the great feedback ,I've got some good info to go on now
it looks like I'll go for either the steering wheel single pod or the twin pillar pod from guagepods ,with the pillar option I would have to fit another guage probably a boost guage?
does anyone have any pics of the steering wheel single pod fitted?
I also remember seeing somewhere a single guage mounted in the drivers door side A/C outlet on a L I'll have to see if I can search out the thread
when all my packages arrive from LFP(I'm waiting on three in total) I'll post some pics of my mods fitted
thanks again lads

Thanks very much Andre
that gives me a much better idea
I really like the night shots :coolman:
it looks like this is going to go the way everything with my L has ,you say to your self I'll just have one guage that will be enough ,then maybe two that would be cool now I'm thinking of three ,
we sure do help each other to spend money :lol1:

Cheers Mate

Here is where I mounted my boost gauge. but should due for what you are looking for

thanks for that J.S. that looks a neat set-up the problem now is
subtle single guage V.S full on three piller pod + steering wheel guage
but I suppose if I wanted to be subtle and like all the other sheep over here I would'nt have got my L in the first place :lol1:
the final set-up i'm going to go for is A/F on steering wheel pod so I can see any problems straight away and boost, oil pressure and temp on the pillar pod
