Water Temp Gauge Malfunctioning 2014

[sn95gts]

On engine start:

- the coolant light comes on and stays on
- check engine light comes on and stays on
- radiator fans runs at high speed
- water temp gauge does not move
- no oil temp readings just shows "---"
- runs fine

any clues????
