Has anybody used this boost cooler by Snow Performance ? Is it even possible to use this on our cars due to the supercharger ? They are cliaming +100HP for $399.00 ????????
I don't know if this helps, but this is an email that I got from another vender:
We did run with and without water on the Cobras. We lost about 5-7 rwhp with
the water with everything else left the same (boost fuel pressure etc) the
customer was looking for the safety factor. The air fuel ratio goes one full
point richer on the meter. We recommend that you tune without the water and
then turn it on and raise the boost. Many people choose to leave the boost
the same and use the water as insurance against blowing head gaskets. There
is no additional tuning needed the computer does not even know the water
injection is on the car.
