I'm about to change from a ProCharger to a Whipple. I have a Snow Performance MAF-variable water/meth injection system now. I am thinking of putting the nozzle at the inlet plenum for a little cooling of the screws. Not enough flow for power tuning, just a little for cooling.
There were some reports that this would damage the coatings on the rotors of roots blowers, is there any problem with the twin screws? Is it worthwhile, or should I just go ahead and take the system off the car?
