Was the Terminator test drove by a SVT management member before sold?

I found a card in my cobra paper work stating it had been driven and evaluated before leaving the Dearborn plant. Curious if this process was to every cobra of just a select few?

I have window sticker, a welcome to the ford performance family letter, an official looking document that says 6342 car produced of the 2003 cobra line or something close and a hard cover SVT book about the history of the SVT line. The one paper is signed by the same two dudes who's name is on the engine for "hand assembling" it.

Standard assembly plant check. My 2004 ranger had the same thing when I bought it new.
