Where do I call to cancel the ESP warranty on my L?

You would most likely have to call either the dealership that you got your L from, SVT or the company that is actually writing the warranty. (ie Ford) They should be able to tell you what you need to do and pro-rate the amount of mileage you have on your ride to determine how much they are to give you back.
