want to buy a new hood

hey guys im looking into getting a new hood,and front lip for my car. i was looking into some of the aftermarket hoods (seibon carbon fiber, VIS carbon fiber and cervinis). im looking for the saleen carbon fiber front lip but i think they are running around 2k for it. any one have any problems with carbon fiber products, fitment issues, hoods flying off etc. please chime in

You shouldn't have any fitment issues as long as you buy from a reputable source. As far as using a cf hood, you will need hood pins or it will fly off and possibly damage your roof and/or windshield during flight lol. As far as cf chin spoilers, IDK bro.

I may be redoing my car in mid March sometime and will have my front end for sale, its the Gen 2 Street Scene Front Bumper, Harwood 2.5" Cowl Hood....

Cervini products are awesome. I have a truefiber hood. There were no issues with fitment. They just need a lot of prep work
